The restaurant prides itself on the basic philosophy of provenance. To us this means sourcing responsibly, seeking out suppliers who use traditional, sustainable and natural methods of husbandry to provide the best and freshest produce available.

The menu focuses on freshly prepared classic and contemporary Italian dishes featuring an excellent range of pizza, pasta, seafood and meats.

Open from early till late, GUSTO is synonymous with excellent, friendly service.

Gusto show a healthy, balanced ethos about the pleasures of eating out and menu choices show it doesn’t have to be excessive and indulgent.
The restaurant is really committed to quality produce:
Excellent meat sourcing – grass fed beef, free range chicken no growth hormones used in rearing.
Good understanding of fish sourcing and clear traceability of sources; knowledge of where each species used is from and how its farmed / caught.
A healthy living menu is available that lists calories, salt, fat and carbohydrate content of all dishes making it really easy to make healthy choices.  Limited use of saturated fat in cooking and no trans-fats / hydrogenated fats used.
Tap water is available on request.
Organic baby menu available and innovative children’s menu – build your own pizza, seafood etc.
Good recycling practice, cardboard, glass and oil.
